Not only do I use assessments to measure stress and identify burn out, I aim to help you reduce the chaos it causes in other parts of your life. Leaving no stone unturned.

    Dealing with Stress and Burn out, not only impacts you but effects those closest to you.. When one aspect of our lives are in upheaval it trickles into other aspects, as well. Allow me to help alleviate disruptions caused by dealing with stress and burn out. Identify behavior patterns and create a more trusting environment within personal relationships.

  • Group Support for Professional Fields Coping with Burnout

    It helps to know you’re not the only one dealing with stress and burn out. You are not the only one questioning your chosen profession, your identity, if you’re capable , or whether it was all worth it. Gathering in-person with like-minded individuals as yourself will allow you the understanding and support, not available in the outside world.

    I provide coaching services using the ACHIEVE Model for those seeking shorter term, goal-directed results, to tackle dealing with stress and burnout. Specifically for those seeking strategic decision making and overcoming self induced obstacles to achieve goals.
